A practical IT Club service

Is your business email reputation at risk?

Your emails might be going to spam, being rejected or never reaching the people you need to contact. IT Club can review public email-reputation signals for your domain and explain what they mean.

No jargon. No obligation. Just useful information.

Public information only. No mailbox access, passwords or commitment.

Why reputation matters

Your email is too important to ignore.

Email is still how many businesses send the details that keep work moving. Reputation issues can be easy to miss until someone tells you a message never arrived.

01

Customer emails may fail to arrive.

02

Quotes and invoices could be missed.

03

Email campaigns may reach fewer people.

04

A domain or sending IP may appear on a blacklist without you realising.

Reputation monitoring is one part of email security. It cannot guarantee inbox delivery or replace spam filtering, correct email authentication and good account security.

How it works

A straightforward review, with you in the loop.

  1. 01

    Tell us your domain

Share one business domain and a way to contact you.

  2. 02

    We review the signals

IT Club manually reviews public email-reputation information and whether suitable monitoring can be offered.

  3. 03

    We confirm next steps

We contact you personally. Any monitoring is set up only after we have confirmed it with you.

  4. 04

    Understand what matters

If something needs attention, we explain the finding and possible next steps in plain English.

Checks are limited to available public information and do not promise immediate detection, complete coverage or guaranteed notifications.

Useful context

What does a reputation check cover?

The review looks for public indicators that can affect whether messages from a domain or sending system are trusted. A blacklist listing is one possible signal, not the whole story.

The result is a point-in-time view. A clean result does not prove that every message will reach an inbox, and a listing does not automatically mean that your business has done something wrong.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The initial review and any monitoring offered to accepted registrations are free, subject to availability and fair use. We will confirm what is possible with you before any monitoring is set up. If technical remediation is needed, any paid work will be discussed separately.

Do you need access to our email?

No. The review uses publicly available domain, email-security and reputation information. We do not need access to your mailbox or passwords.

Will this stop spam?

No. Email Reputation Watch can help identify certain reputation and blacklist issues. It does not replace spam filtering or other email-security controls.

Does a clean result mean our email is secure?

No. Email security also depends on correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration, account protection and other controls. A reputation review is one useful part of a wider picture, not a security verdict or a guarantee of inbox delivery.

Can I stop monitoring?

Yes. If monitoring has been set up, contact IT Club and ask us to remove your domain.

What happens if you find an issue?

We review the information and contact you with a plain-English explanation and possible next steps. You can work with your existing IT provider, handle it yourself or ask for further help.

Can I register more than one domain?

Please submit one domain at a time. We can consider additional domains separately.

Want a clearer picture of your email reputation?
